News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $50 million ( $32.6 million in cash ) was not won as once again the Powerball jackpot begins to build after last week’s jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 9th March 2016 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 14-23-32-34-68 and the Powerball of 03 and thus the $50 million jackpot was not won.
It was a dull night in Powerballville last night as no ticket holders won the first or second prize with the first payout coming at the third prize level where eight ticket holders matched four main balls and the Powerball. Seven of the third prize winners won $50,000 each but one third prize winner scooped $150,000 as they had selected the Powerplay option on their entry ticket which was 3 in last night’s draw ( thus 3 x $50,000 = $150,000).
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rollover to an estimated $60 million ( $39.1 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 12th March 2016.
For the next Powerball draw the Lotto Central team recommend a visit to the Lotter to play the Powerball game online either as a single line entry or as part of a Powerball Lottery Syndicate. The perplexing issue is how to decide whether to play the next Powerball draw either as a single line entry or as part of a Powerball Syndicate – the answer of course is to do both options !
We wish all our blog readers a great week in their Lottery playing endeavours !
