News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $205 million ( $127.6 million in cash ) was not won and has now started to build up to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention!.
In the draw last night , Saturday 22nd July 2017 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 05-32-44-53-60 and the Powerball of 09 and thus the annuitised $205 million jackpot was not won.
No ticket holders won the first prize in Saturday night’s Powerball draw but three lucky ticket holders , one from California , one from New York and one from Virginia won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball draw.
The second prize ticket holder from California won $1,476,142 with the second prize ticket holders from New York and Virginia winning $1 million each.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $220 million ( $139 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 26th July 2017.
