News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $257 million ( $179.7 million in cash ) was not won as once again the Powerball jackpot begins to build up to a significant three figure sum worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention !
In the draw last night , Wednesday 6th July 2016 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 02-24-31-57-66 and the Powerball of 18 and thus the $257 million jackpot was not won.
No ticket holders won the first prize last night but three lucky ticket holders , two from California and one from West Virginia won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball draw .
The second prize ticket holder from West Virginia won $1 million with the two second prize ticket holders from California winning $785,040 each.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rollover to an estimated $288 million ( $201.4 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 9th July 2016.
For the next Powerball draw the Lotto Central team recommend a visit to the Lotter to play the Powerball game online either as a single line entry or as part of a Powerball Lottery Syndicate. The perplexing issue is how to decide whether to play the next Powerball draw either as a single line entry or as part of a Powerball Syndicate – the answer of course is to do both options !
We wish all our blog readers a great week in their Lottery playing endeavours !
