News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that Wednesday night’s Powerball Jackpot of $460 million ( $291 million in cash ) was not won with the Powerball Jackpot now beginning to build up to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention !.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 3rd January 2018 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 02-18-37-39-42 and the Powerball of 12 and thus the annuitised $460 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $550 million ( $347.9 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 6th January 2018.
There were no first prize winners in Wednesday night’s Powerball draw but six lucky ticket holders , one from California , two from Florida ( one with Powerplay ) , one from New York , one from North Carolina and one from Oregon won a second prize by matching five main balls .
