News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of an annuitised $403 million was won by one lucky ticket holder from Tennessee !!
In the draw last night , Saturday 26th November 2016 one ticket holder matched the main ball numbers of 17-19-21-37-44 and the Powerball of 16 and thus the annuitised $403 million jackpot was won!.
One ticket holder won the first prize last night but also four lucky ticket holders , one from Minnesota , one from North Carolina ( with Powerplay) and two from Pennsylvania won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball draw.
The lucky second prize winners from Minnesota and Pennsylvania won $1 million each with the lucky second prize ticket holder from North Carolina winning $2 million as they had selected the Powerplay option on their entry ticket.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore start off again at an estimated $40 million ( $24.2 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 30th November 2016.
