News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $53 million ( $33.7 million in cash ) was not won and thus the jackpot will start to build up again after last Saturday night’s Powerball jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 23rd September 2017 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 24-45-55-56-57 and the Powerball of 19 and thus the annuitised $53 million jackpot was not won.
No ticket holders won the first prize in Saturday night’s Powerball draw but one lucky ticket holder from Indiana won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball draw and won $1 million in prize money.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will increase to an estimated $66 million ( $41.8 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 27th September 2017.
