News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $557.1 million ( $287.8 million in cash ) was not won and thus has now started to build up again to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention!.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 5th July 2023 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 17-24-48-62-68 and the Powerball of 23 and thus the annuitised $557.1 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated annuitised $590 million ( $304.8 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 8th July 2023.
There were no first prize winners in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw however three ticket holders , one from Florida , one from New York and one from Ohio did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million each in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
