News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $190.4 million ( $137.6 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up again following the recent Powerball Jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 17th November 2021 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 03-16-48-52-60 and the Powerball of 01 and thus the annuitised $190.4 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $205 million ( $148.1 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 20th November 2021.
There were no first prize ticket holders in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw however one ticket holder from New York did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $2 million in prize money as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket.( Powerplay multiplier is capped at 2 at this level of prize payout)
There were 439,125 winners in Wednesday night’s US Powerball Draw with a total of $6,323,781 being paid out in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw was THREE.
Previous experience proves that the Powerball jackpot soon grows substantially after a couple of rollovers so keep an eye on the LottoCentral blog to keep track of the ever growing jackpot !
