News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $32.8 million ( $24.2 million in cash ) was not won and therefore the Powerball jackpot will now start to build up again following last week’s jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 6th February 2021 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 01-16-48-49-65 and the Powerball of 08 and thus the annuitised $32.8 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $42 million ( $31 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 10th February 2021.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however one lucky ticket holder from North Carolina did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million in prize money.
There were 553,438 winners in Saturday night’s US Powerball Draw with a total of $4,702,556 being paid out in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
