News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $651.3 million ( $461.6 million in cash ) was not won and therefore the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up nicely again to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention !.
In the draw last night , Saturday 2nd October 2021 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 28-38-42-47-52 and the Powerball of 01 and thus the annuitised $651.3 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $670 million ( $474.8 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Monday 4th October 2021.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however one ticket holder from Massachusetts did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw taking home a not too shabby $1 million in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
There were 2,814,128 winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw with $20,216,675 being paid out in winnings.
Previous experience proves that the Powerball jackpot soon grows substantially after a couple of rollovers so keep an eye on the LottoCentral blog to keep track of the ever growing jackpot !
