US Powerball Lottery Draw Review – Saturday 28th August 2021

US Powerball LogoNews reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $325.6 million ( $235.5 million in cash ) was not won and therefore the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up nicely again to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention !.

In the draw last night , Saturday 28th August 2021 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 12-22-26-46-59 and the Powerball of 26 and thus the annuitised $325.6 million jackpot was not won.

The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $332 million ( $240 million in cash)  in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Monday 30th August 2021.

There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however five ticket holders , one from Georgia , one from Illinois, one from Michigan, one from New Mexico and one from South Dakota did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw.

The second prize ticket holders from Georgia , Illinois, Michigan and New Mexico took home $1 million each in prize money with the second prize ticket holder from South Dakota taking home $2 million in prize money as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket.

The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.

Previous experience proves that the Powerball jackpot soon grows substantially after a couple of rollovers so keep an eye on the LottoCentral blog to keep track of the ever growing jackpot !
