News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $410 million ( $295.2 million in cash ) was not won and therefore the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention !.
In the draw last night , Saturday 25th December 2021 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 27-29-45-55-58 and the Powerball of 02 and thus the annuitised $410 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $416 million ( $299.5 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Monday 27th December 2021.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however six lucky ticket holders , four from California , one from South Carolina and one from Tennessee did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw.
The second prize ticket holders from South Carolina and Tennessee took home $1 million each in prize money with the four second prize ticket holders from California taking home $554,808 each in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was THREE.
There were 1,227,304 winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw with $15,549,734 being paid out in winnings.
