News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s annuitised Powerball Jackpot of $218.8 million ( $100.1 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up again following the recent Powerball Jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 22nd February 2025 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 07-18-22-50-65 and the Powerball of 15 and thus the annuitised $218.8 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $230 million ( $105.2 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Monday 24th February 2025.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however two ticket holders , one from Illinois and one from Vermont did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million each in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
There were 566,500 winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw with $5,845,697 being paid out in prize money.
