News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of an annuitised $131 million ( $61.2 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot will now start to build up once again following last Monday night’s Powerball jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Monday 27th May 2024 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 09-30-39-49-59 and the Powerball of 21 and thus the annuitised $131 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $143 million ( $66.8 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 29th May 2024.
There were no first prize winners in Monday night’s Powerball Draw however one ticket holder from New York did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million in prize money.
There were 296,176 prize winners in Monday night’s Powerball Draw with $4,070,392 being paid out in prize money( excluding the jackpot amount).
The Powerplay multiplier in Monday night’s Powerball Draw was FIVE.
