News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $393.3 million ( $186.7 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up nicely once again following the recent Powerball jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Monday 26th February 2024 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 24-29-42-51-54 and the Powerball of 16 and thus the annuitised $393.3 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will increase to an estimated $412 million ( $195.5 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 28th February 2024.
There were no first prize winners in Monday night’s Powerball Draw however one ticket holder from New York did win a second prize my matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home $2 million in prize money as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket. ( Powerplay multiplier capped at 2 at this level of prize payout)
There were 453,388 winners in Monday night’s Powerball Draw with $5,856,608 being paid out in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Monday night’s Powerball Draw was THREE.
