News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $1.026 Billion ( $496.4 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention !.
In the draw last night , Monday 1st April 2024 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 19-24-40-42-56 and the Powerball of 23 and thus the annuitised $1.026 Billion jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will increase to an estimated $1.09 Billion ( $527.3 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 3rd April 2024.
There were no first prize winners in Monday night’s Powerball Draw however six ticket holders , one from Florida , two from Maryland , one from Minnesota, one from North Carolina and one from Virginia did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw.and took home a not too shabby $1 million each in prize money.
There were 2,145,900 prize winners in Monday night’s Powerball Draw with $21,300,947 being paid out in prize money.
