News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of an annuitised $213.8 million ( $106.4 million in cash ) was won as one lucky ticket holder from Pennsylvania matched the five main white balls and the red Powerball in the Powerball Draw and scooped the Powerball jackpot !!
In the draw last night , Monday 12th August 2024 one ticket holder matched the main ball numbers of 09-22-57-67-68 and the Powerball of 14 and thus the annuitised $213.8 million jackpot was won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore start off again at an estimated $20 million ( $10 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 14th August 2024.
The Powerplay multiplier in Monday night’s Powerball Draw was THREE.
There were 346,939 winners in Monday night’s Powerball Draw with $3,037,337 being paid out in prize money.( excluding the jackpot amount)
