News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $40 million ( $28 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball jackpot has started to build up again after the recent Powerball jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 6th November 2019 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 15-28-46-62-64 and the Powerball of 17 and thus the annuitised $40 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $50 million ( $34.9 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 9th November 2019.
There were no first prize winners in Wednesday night’s Powerball draw but one lucky ticket holder from Montana did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball draw and took home a not too shabby $2 million in prize money as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket. ( Powerplay mutliplier is always 2 at this level of prize payout thus 2 x $1 million = $2 million).
The Powerplay multiplier in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw was THREE.
Previous experience proves that the Powerball jackpot soon grows substantially after a couple of rollovers so keep an eye on the LottoCentral blog to keep track of the ever growing jackpot !
