News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $394 million ( $274.6 million in cash ) was won as one lucky ticket holder from Florida matched the five main balls and the Powerball in Wednesday night’s draw and scooped the Powerball Jackpot !!
In the draw last night , Wednesday 29th January 2020 one lucky ticket holder matched the main ball numbers of 09-12-15-31-60 and the Powerball of 02 and thus the annuitised $394 million jackpot was won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore start off again at an estimated $40 million ( $27.9 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 1st February 2020.
There was one first prize winner in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw but also three lucky ticket holders , one from Florida , one from Ohio and one from Virginia did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million each in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
