News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $308 million ( $192.9 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball jackpot has started to build up nicely again after the recent Powerball Jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 25th May 2019 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 01-02-39-43-66 and the Powerball of 02 and thus the annuitised $308 million jackpot was not won .
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw but three lucky ticket holders, two from sunny Florida and one from New Jersey won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball Draw.
The second prize ticket holder from New Jersey and one of the second prize ticket holders from Florida won $1 million each with the other second prize ticket holder from Florida winning $2 million as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket . ( Powerplay is always TWO at this level of prize money )
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was THREE.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will increase to an estimated $325 million ( $205.2 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 29th May 2019.
