News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $120.9 million ( $61.8 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up again following the recent Powerball jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 25th February 2023 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 11-24-58-66-67 and the Powerball of 26 and thus the annuitised $120.9 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $131 million ( $66.9 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Monday 27th February 2023.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however four ticket holders , one from Delaware , one from Illinois , one from North Carolina and one from Texas did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw.
The second prize ticket holder from Illinois took home $1 million in prize money with the second prize ticket holders from Delaware, North Carolina and Texas taking home $2 million each in prize money as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket.( Powerplay multiplier capped at 2 at this level of prize payout)
There were 552,210 prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw with $11,905,509 being paid out in prize money.
