News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s annuitised Powerball Jackpot of $224.5 million ( $119.7 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball jackpot is now starting to build up nicely once again following the recent jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 15th April 2023 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 01-33-34-56-59 and the Powerball of 18 and thus the annuitised $224.5 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $235 million ( $125.3 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Monday 17th April 2023.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however two ticket holders , one from Michigan and one from New Jersey did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million each in prize money.
There were 611,358 prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw with $6,773,444 being paid out in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was THREE.
