News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $135.3 million ( $72.5 million in cash ) was not won and therefore the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up again following the recent Powerball Jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Monday 15th May 2023 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 01-26-28-55-58 and the Powerball of 25 and thus the annuitised $135.3 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $146 million ( $78.2 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 17th May 2023.
There were no first prize winners in Monday night’s Powerball Draw however one ticket holder from Texas did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $2 million in prize money as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket.
There were 316,129 winners in last night’s Powerball Draw with $4,614,158 being paid out in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Monday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
