News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot was not won last night as the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot starts to build up again after the recent Megamillions Jackpot win.
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Friday 11th May 2018 were 14-38-40-53-70 with the number of the Megaball being 22. In Friday night’s draw no ticket holders matched the five main numbers and Megaball and thus the annuitised $45 million annuitised jackpot was not won.
The Megamillions Jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $50 million ( $29 million in cash) in the next Megamillions Draw which will be drawn on Tuesday 15th May 2018.
There were no first prize winners in Friday night’s Megamillions Draw but three lucky ticket holders , one from Connecticut , one from Massachusetts and one from Missouri won a second prize by matching the five main white balls .
The second prize winners from Massachusetts and Missouri won $1 million each with the second prize ticket holder from Connecticut winning $3 million as they had selected the Megaplier option on their Megamillions entry ticket .
The Megaplier in Friday night’s draw was three thus 3 x $1 million = $3 million.
Now that the Megamillions Jackpot has started to build up again the Lotto Central team recommend keeping a close eye on the Megamillions draw as past performance indicates that this jackpot grows rapidly after a few rollover draws .
