News reaches the Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot was finally won last night as one lucky ticket holder from Illinois matched the five main white balls and the gold Megaball in the Megamillions Draw and scooped the annuitised $560 million Megamillions Jackpot !!
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Tuesday 4th June 2024 were 19-37-40-63-69 with the number of the Megaball being 17. In Tuesday night’s draw one ticket holder matched the five main numbers and Megaball thus the annuitised $560 million ( $264 million in cash ) jackpot was won.
The Megamillions Jackpot will therefore start off again at an estimated $20 million ( $9.4 million in cash) in the next Megamillions Draw which will be drawn on Friday 7th June 2024.
There was one first prize winner in Tuesday night’s Megamillions Draw however two ticket holders , one from California and one from Maryland also won a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Megamillions Draw.
The second prize ticket holder from California took home $285,828 in prize money with the second prize ticket holder from Maryland taking home $1 million in prize money.
The Megaplier multiplier in Tuesday night’s Megamillions Draw was THREE.
Although the Megamillions Jackpot has recently been won the Lotto Central team still recommend keeping a close eye on the Megamillions draw as past performance indicates that this jackpot grows rapidly after a few rollover draws .
