News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot was won last night as one lucky ticket holder from Ohio matched the five main white balls and the gold Megaball and scooped the annuitised $372 million Megamillions Jackpot !!
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Tuesday 17th December 2019 were 22-30-53-55-56 with the number of the Megaball being 16. In Tuesday night’s draw one lucky ticket holder matched the five main numbers and Megaball thus the $372 million ( $251.5 million in cash ) jackpot was won .
The Megamillions Jackpot will therefore start off again an estimated $40 million ( $27 million in cash) in the next Megamillions Draw which will be drawn on Friday 20th December 2019.
There was one first prize winner in Tuesday night’s Megamillions Draw but also four lucky ticket holders, one from Iowa , one from New York , one from Pennsylvania and one from West Virginia did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Megamillions Draw.
The second prize ticket holders from Iowa , New York and West Virginia took home $1 million each in prize money with the second prize ticket holder from Pennsylvania taking home $2 million in prize money as they had selected the Megaplier option on their Megamillions entry ticket..
