With the news that after a succession of rollovers since that the Powerball Lottery Jackpot had finally been won on Saturday 8th November it would be easy to assume that all was now fairly quiet in ” Lottery Land”. However , since the lucky ticket holder from Missouri scooped the $203 million jackpot on 8th November the Powerball jackpot is again beginning to look worth a punt as the jackpot soon builds to a decent amount when not won due to the sheer size of the Powerball lottery and it’s many enthusiastic players.
In the last Powerball Draw on Saturday 15th November 2014 no ticket holders matched the five main numbers of 13-16-33-35-51 and the Powerball of 28 and thus Saturday night’s Powerball jackpot of $50 million was not won .
Two ticket holders did win the second prize on Saturday night by matching the five main balls – the winning ticket holders came from California and Washington.
The winner from California won $960,667 with the winner from Washington winning $1 million .
So with Wednesday night’s jackpot estimated at $60 million ( $37.3 million in cash) the Lotto Central team think that the Powerball draw certainly warrants serious consideration .
With a growing jackpot up for grabs the perplexing question for the Lotto Central team is whether to play the Powerball game on a single ticket or as part of a Lottery Syndicate. There is of course any easy answer to this perplexing question – do both !
