In the draw last night , Saturday 23rd May 2015 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 09-15-17-31-43 and the Powerball of 16 and thus the $138 million jackpot was not won.
There were no ticket holders winning the first prize or the second prize in last night’s draw with the first level of payout coming at the third prize level where punters matched four main balls and the Powerball.
19 players won $10,000 each by matching the four main balls and Powerball with 4 players winning $40,000 each as they had selected the Powerplay option which was 4 in last night’s draw.
6 lucky ticket holders in California also won $4,166 each by matching the four main balls and the Powerball.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rollover to an estimated $154 million ( $96.4 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 27th May 2015.
