News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $70 million was not won and will therefore rollover to the next draw. After the jackpot was won recently it’s nice to see the Powerball jackpot building up again and showing some potential.
In the draw last night , Saturday 2nd May 2015 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 02-06-11-30-31 and the Powerball of 33 and thus the jackpot was not won.
There were no ticket holders winning the first prize however three lucky ticket holders did win the second prize by matching the five main balls.
The lucky second prize winners came from Massachusetts ( x 2) and New York. One ticket holder from Massachusetts selected the Powerplay option and doubled the $1 million prize to $2 million , the other ticket holder from Massachusetts and the ticket holder from New York scooped a not too shabby $1 million in prize money.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rollover to an estimated $80 million ( $52.1 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 6th May 2015.
The Lotto Central team recommend a visit to the Lotter to play the Powerball game online either as a single line entry or as part of a Powerball Lottery Syndicate.
We wish all our blog readers a great week in their Lottery playing endeavours !
