News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $121 million was not won and once again the Powerball jackpot has risen to the three figure mark and become a seriously interesting proposition for Lottery enthusiasts !
In the draw last night , Wednesday 20th May 2015 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 01-12-28-35-44 and the Powerball of 25 thus the jackpot was not won.
No ticket holders won the first prize but four lucky ticket holders won the second prize by matching the five main balls .
The second prize winners came from California , Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina . The lucky winning ticket holder from California won $575,392 with the second prize winners from North Carolina and South Carolina scooping $1 million each. The lucky second prize ticket holder from Florida had selected the Powerplay option on their entry ticket and scooped $2 million ( $1 million x Powerplay which is always 2 at this level of prize ).
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rollover to an estimated $138 million ( $86.3 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 23rd May 2015.
With the Powerball jackpot on Saturday night reaching the $138 million mark it may well be worth considering both single line and Powerball Lottery Syndicate entries – the Lotto Central team will certainly do both !
The Lotto Central team recommend a visit to the Lotter to play the Powerball game online either as a single line entry or as part of a Powerball Lottery Syndicate.
We wish all our blog readers a great week in their Lottery playing endeavours !
