News reaches Lotto Central HQ from our blog readers across the pond that the MUSL ( Multi State Lottery Association) has revised the estimate of the jackpot for Wednesday night’s Powerball Lottery Jackpot . Due to increased sales of Powerball Lottery tickets the Powerball Jackpot prize for tonight’s draw has been revised upwards from an early estimated sum of $450 million to a staggering $485 million !
The Powerball jackpot is now at it’s highest since the last record Powerball jackpot of $590.5 million which was won on May 18th 2013.
The reason for such a high jackpot ? – the Powerball jackpot has now gone twenty consecutive draws without a jackpot winner since starting off at $40 million on 3rd December 2014.
So with Wednesday night’s jackpot estimated at $485 million ( $327.7 million in cash) the Lotto Central team think that the Powerball draw certainly warrants serious consideration .
