News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $154 million was not won and once again the Powerball jackpot has risen to the high three figure mark and become a seriously interesting proposition for Lottery enthusiasts !
In the draw last night , Wednesday 27th May 2015 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 08-15-34-53-59 and the Powerball of 23 thus the jackpot was not won.
No ticket holders won the first prize but three lucky ticket holders won the second prize by matching the five main balls .
The second prize winners came from California(x 2) and New York . The lucky winning ticket holders from California won $312,539 each with the second prize winner from New York scooping $1 million.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rollover to an estimated $171 million ( $107.1 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 30th May 2015.
