With the New Year now upon us it’s time to look for some serious Lottery opportunities to kick off 2015 . A quick review and some recent updates from some of our blog readers from across the pond it looks like the Megamillions draw on Friday 2nd January 2015 is worth serious consideration as the multi million dollar jackpot continues to climb.
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Tuesday 30th December were 03-07-44-63-67 with the number of the Megaball being 12. In Tuesday night’s draw no ticket holders matched the five main numbers and Megaball and thus the $172 million jackpot was not won . This means that the Megamillions jackpot will rollover once again and as a result Friday night’s Megamillions jackpot is estimated at an eye watering $188 million ($119.2 million in cash ).
In Tuesday night’s draw there were no ticket holders matching the five main balls and Megaball however two lucky ticket holders, one from Pennsylvania and one from Virginia claimed a second prize by matching 5 main balls and went home with a not too shabby $1 million prize each.
With such a large jackpot up for grabs the perplexing question for the Lotto Central team is whether to play the Megamillions game on a single ticket or as part of a Lottery Syndicate. There is of course any easy answer to this perplexing question – do both !
