Blog readers will be aware that the Lotto Central team have been watching the Euromillions Lottery rollover in the past few weeks and keeping readers updated with the latest Euromillions news. However in the excitement of a rising Euromillions jackpot environment ( estimated £128m tonight !) it’s worth remembering that other Lottery Jackpots are steadily increasing , in particular the Powerball and Megamillions games from across the pond.
So ,after having received some recent Lottery updates from some of our blog readers from across the pond it looks like the Megamillions draw tonight is again worth serious consideration.
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Tuesday 14th October were 11-37-46-64-68 with the number of the Megaball being 15. In Tuesday night’s draw no ticket holders matched the five main numbers and Megaball and thus the $166 million jackpot was not won . This means that the Megamillions jackpot will rollover once again and as a result Friday night’s Megamillions jackpot is estimated at $180 million ($110.2 million in cash ).
In Tuesday night’s draw there were no ticket holders matching the five main balls and Megaball however five lucky ticket holders , one from California, one from Missouri , one from Washington and two from New York did match the five main balls winning a not too shabby $1 million for the non-California based winners and $255,171 for the winner from California.
With such a large jackpot up for grabs the perplexing question for the Lotto Central team is whether to play the Megamillions game on a single ticket or as part of a Lottery Syndicate. There is of course any easy answer to this perplexing question – do both !
So we are therefore off to our favourite international Lottery ticket provider , the Lotter to get on Friday night’s Megamillions draw with a single ticket – click here if you would like to do likewise !
For our syndicate entry we will head over to PlayLottery who offer chances to partake in Lottery Syndicates in major lotteries all over the world – click here if you would like to join us !
