News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot was won last night as one lucky ticket holder from Indiana scooped an annuitised $540 million ( $380 million in cash ) Megamillions Jackpot !!
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Friday 8th July were 08-19-20-55-73 with the number of the Megaball being 05. In Friday night’s draw one lucky ticket holder matched the five main numbers and Megaball and thus the $540 million jackpot was won .
The Megamillions Jackpot will start off again at an estimated $15 million ( $10.5 million in cash) in the next Megamillions Draw which will be drawn on Tuesday 12th July 2016.
There was one first prize winner in Friday night’s Megamillions draw but also ten lucky ticket holders , one from Colorado, one from Connecticut , one from Florida ,one from Kansas ,one from Louisiana, one from Maryland,one from Massachusetts,one from Missouri , one from New Jersey and one from Oklahoma won second prize by matching the five main balls in the Megamillions draw and scooped a not too shabby $1 million each in prize money.
Now that the Megamillions Jackpot has finaly been won after many rollovers let’s keep an eye on what soon becomes a rapidly growing jackpot .
